Refund, Exchange & Repair Policies – 3K Factory

At 3K Factory, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with every watch purchase, we have outlined the following policies for refunds, exchanges, and repairs.

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • The watch is in original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective films remain intact.
    (If any protective film has been removed, we cannot accept the return, as this violates our return policy.)
  • The watch includes all original packaging, such as boxes and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to begin the return process and share photos or videos of the watch.
  2. After approval, carefully repackage the watch and all included materials.
  • Please ship it back using a trackable and insured courier, preferably a local shipping service or EMS.

Once the returned watch is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You may request an exchange for a different watch within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The watch is in original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective films remain in place.
    (If protective film is removed, the exchange request must be denied.)
  • The original packaging, boxes, and manuals are included.
  • You provide valid proof of purchase.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the exchange and specify the model you would like in return.
  2. After receiving approval, return the watch using a trackable and insured shipping method
    (local courier or EMS only).
  3. After inspection and approval, we will ship your replacement watch.
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Warranty & Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage

All 3K Factory watches come with a 2-year limited warranty, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical malfunctions under normal usage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents
  • Misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Repair Process

  • If your watch needs repair under warranty, please contact Customer Service for instructions.
  • For watches outside the warranty period, repair services are available for a fee. We will provide a quote upon request.
  • Carefully package your watch and send it via a trackable and insured shipping method (local courier or EMS recommended).
  • Once received, our technicians will evaluate the watch and provide an estimated repair timeline and cost (if applicable).
  • Repairs are performed by qualified watch specialists, and your watch will be returned in working condition.
