5. Packaging
Every watch is packaged with the utmost care. Each timepiece is placed in its individual box and then secured within a protective shipping container to ensure it arrives in flawless condition.
6. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. When this occurs, you will receive individual tracking details for each package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. 3K Factory cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Delivery Acceptance
We kindly ask that someone be available to receive your delivery. If no one is present during the courier’s attempt, a delivery notice may be left, or a re-delivery may be arranged by the shipping carrier.
